Returns and right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, or anywhere a similar right applies, you can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

The 14-day period

You have 14 days from the day you, or a person you designate, receive the order to tell us you want to withdraw. If an order arrives in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement before the period ends, by email to [email protected], with your order number. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Then send the prints back within 14 days of telling us, to the address we give you in our reply. Please pack them flat and protected so they do not bend.

Costs and refund

• Return shipping is paid by you.
• We refund everything you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard one, the difference is not refunded.
• We may wait until we receive the prints back, or until you show proof that you sent them, before refunding.
• We refund with the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the prints beyond what is needed to check them, for example if they are bent, cut, written on or glued.

Damaged or wrong items

This is not a withdrawal: it is covered by the legal guarantee and costs you nothing. Write to us with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you, including shipping.
